Lo stadio \u00e8 circondato da varie strutture legate alla Juventus, tra cui il <strong>J-Museum<\/strong>. Un tempo utilizzata per scopi militari, l'area \u00e8 diventata un centro sportivo all'inizio del ventesimo secolo, ospitando diversi impianti sportivi. Oggi Piazza d'Armi ospita lo storico <strong>Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino<\/strong>, originariamente costruito negli anni trenta del Novecento e successivamente pi\u00f9 volte rimaneggiato. Ora funge da stadio di casa della squadra di calcio Torino. Adiacente allo stadio si trova il <strong>Palasport Olimpico<\/strong> (o <strong>Pala Alpitour<\/strong>), il pi\u00f9 grande palazzetto dello sport al coperto d'Italia, inaugurato poco prima delle Olimpiadi invernali del 2006, che si sono svolte a Torino.
